Flooring contractor serving Rochester, MN since 2023

Med City Epoxy is a family-run floor coating and concrete polishing business based in Rochester, MN. We started in 2023 with a simple goal: give homeowners and businesses in southeast Minnesota a coating installer they can actually trust. No shortcuts, no upsells you don't need, and no work we wouldn't put in our own home.

Med City Epoxy was launched as a family business, and the plan has always been bigger than just one generation. The vision is to grow into something the whole family can stand behind for years to come — bringing more family members into the trade and building a legacy rooted in quality work. That family-first mindset shapes every job we take on, from the first estimate to the final walkthrough.

We specialize in epoxy and polyurea floor coatings, metallic epoxy systems, concrete polishing, and decorative surface work for garages, basements, patios, porches, driveways, bathrooms, kitchens, and commercial spaces. Whether you need a tough flake coating for your garage floor or a polished concrete finish for a commercial kitchen, we have the training and the materials to get it done right.

Our service area covers a wide stretch of Minnesota and into western Wisconsin. We regularly work in Rochester, Byron, Kasson, Winona, Zumbrota, Austin, Albert Lea, Faribault, Northfield, Cannon Falls, Mankato, La Crosse, and the Twin Cities suburbs including Lakeville, Rosemount, Apple Valley, Prior Lake, Cottage Grove, Eagan, Burnsville, and Bloomington. If you're within driving distance of the Med City area, there's a good chance we can get to you.

The standard we hold ourselves to is straightforward: if we wouldn't install it in our own home, we won't install it in yours. That means we use materials and methods we believe in, and we're honest with you when something isn't the right fit for your space. We'd rather give you good advice than take a job that won't hold up.

We carry an EIN and operate as a registered LLC, so you're working with a legitimate business that takes its responsibilities seriously. Treating customers fairly and giving them real peace of mind is not a slogan for us. It's the reason we show up every day.

If you're ready to upgrade your garage, basement, patio, or commercial floor, we'd love to talk through your project. Call us at (507) 259-6560, Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 8 PM, or reach out by email at delkstile@gmail.com. Request your free estimate today and let's get started.
