Med City Epoxy is a family-run floor coating and concrete polishing business based in Rochester, MN. We started in 2023 with a simple goal: give homeowners and businesses in southeast Minnesota a coating installer they can actually trust. No shortcuts, no upsells you don't need, and no work we wouldn't put in our own home.
Med City Epoxy was launched as a family business, and the plan has always been bigger than just one generation. The vision is to grow into something the whole family can stand behind for years to come — bringing more family members into the trade and building a legacy rooted in quality work. That family-first mindset shapes every job we take on, from the first estimate to the final walkthrough.
From your first call to the final coat, we keep the process simple and transparent. You'll know what happens at each stage.
Call us or email to discuss your flooring project and service area. We'll answer your questions and schedule a time to assess your space.
We visit your home or property to evaluate the concrete, discuss your coating or polish options, and explain the process. You'll get a clear picture of what to expect.
We prepare your surface, apply your chosen epoxy, polyurea, or polishing treatment, and handle all cleanup. Our work meets the same standard we'd use in our own homes.
We walk you through your new floor, answer any questions, and provide care instructions. Your investment is protected and ready to use.
We handle surface prep and cleanup. You approve the plan before we start work.
